Keep Cool

Over the summer, keeping cool is essential.
  1. Slather It On putting on sunscreen will keep your skin soft. 
  2. Drink Up drink lots of water to stay hydrated.
  3. Go Swimming there's nothing better than going swimming to cool down. Whether it's a lake or a pool, remember to shower right after. 
  4. Get Active go for a run, take a walk, ride your bike, or go to a gym to work out. 
  5. Keep Busy don't spend your summer sitting around. 
  6. Stay Social chances are, this blog isn't the only one doing a summer special.
